With intrinsic weight and durability, solid brass is married together with complementary materials for levers and trim, such as the finest wood and porcelain.

Crafted with traditional skill

Samuel Heath has nearly two centuries of British craftsmanship and manufacturing heritage. The beautiful mirror finish you see is achieved by employing a minimum of three grades of hand polishing prior to plating. It can take ten years for a Samuel Heath polisher to become capable of all types of work. The plating process itself deposits layers of finishes, which can involve up to 28 individual operations to ensure perfect adhesion and protection to produce that deep lustrous long lasting finish.
