A remodelled and renovated traditional terraced home, developed to meet the needs of today’s busy lifestyles.

A traditional Victorian terrace house; refitted with an understated bespoke interior.

The goal was to create a family home respectful of the heritage of the original house, but developed to meet the needs of a modern family. Each room and living space of the property has been meticulously enlarged and updated to coincide with the expanded envelope the property sits within.

Curated by Gerald Schriebl of Schreibling Design, each bath space holds a unique character through the use of bespoke marble surfaces and joinery. Despite this, a synergy has been created between each room with the use of Samuel Heath Chrome Plate brassware, establishing a cohesive design narrative.

Neoclassical lines, metropolitan design cues and state of the art production processes behind the Style Moderne collection exemplify the essence of this modern conversion. A mixture of control options are employed throughout the property and further help to capture and express the ethos of classically considered contemporary luxury that has been created by the designer.

Great attention has been paid to the smallest of details. Traditional fixtures in contemporary finishes help to reinforce the overarching aesthetic of traditional design reimagined. Door furniture is one way in which this has been realised, using Samuel Heath Contour hardware fittings to instil a sense of luxury within each room of the home.
